Marilyn Manson strikes plea deal in 'big loogee' case Marilyn Manson will plead no contest to blowing his nose on a videographer at a 2019 concert in New Hampshire, according to a filing by his attorney.The rocker, whose legal name is Brian Warner, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault stemming from the encounter at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford on Aug. 19, 2019.A notice of intent filed Monday says that Manson is expected to plead no contest to only one charge and that prosecutors would dismiss the other in the fully negotiated plea. A no-contest plea means Manson will not contest the charge and does not admit guilt.Manson would face a sentence of a $,1,200 fine with part of it suspended and 20 hours of community service within six months. San Jose: Two arrested after clothing store robbery and police chase crash SAN JOSE — A man and woman were arrested Monday evening after a violent episode that involved a store robbery with a fake gun, the assault of a police officer, and a brief chase that ended in a multi-car wreck in East San Jose, authorities said.The sequence began to unfold at 5:43 p.m., when San Jose police officers were called to a clothing store in the 3000 block of Story Road after a store clerk reported that someone brandished a gun inside the business, and stole merchandise, according to a police news release.Relying on a description given at the store, police say officers spotted a suspicious car about a mile away near Clayton Road and Harvest Drive, and conducted a traffic stop. San Jose PD reveals what triggered police chase Monday (KRON) -- A San Jose police chase that ended with a major collision on Capitol Expressway was initially trigger Monday when an officer was attacked with a box cutter, investigators said.
