One dead after motorcycle, truck collide in East Bay A person died early Thursday after a motorcycle and a truck collided on a rural bypass road connecting western and central Contra Costa County, the California Highway Patrol said.The crash on on San Pablo Dam Road between Emilio Court and Terri Ann Court happened about 6:15 a.m., according to the CHP.
