Honor Johnson Jr., 38, was sentenced to 10 years in prison on a second-degree murder charge and an additional three years on an armed criminal action charge. Driver, vehicle sought in fatal hit-and-run in Loma Linda The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is looking for a vehicle and its driver after a fatal hit-and-run in Loma Linda last month.The Feb. 28 incident left 39-year-old James Spivery Jr. lying in the roadway near the intersection of Barton Road and Oakwood Drive, officials said in a news release. Spivery later succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital. Investigators believe the vehicle that struck Spivery might have been a white Nissan Juke, which likely has significant front-end damage and could be missing its front Nissan emblem. Isaldo Santiago Killed in Wrong-Way Collision on Highway 101 [Paso Robles, CA] 38-Year-Old Man Dies, Alvaro Alvizo Diaz Arrested after Head-On Accident near Wellsona RoadPASO ROBLES, CA (March 17, 2023) – Late Tuesday night, Isaldo Santiago was killed in a wrong-way collision on Highway 101.Police responded to the scene around 11:18 p.m., just north of Wellsona Road on March 14th.According to reports, 33-year-old Alvaro Alvizo Diaz was heading east on Wellsona Road in a 2020 Nissan Sentra. For reasons unknown, he suddenly turned south onto the northbound lanes of Highway 101.Diaz then struck an oncoming vehicle driven by Santiago, head-on at about 65 mph.
